D2D From Pamphlets to Videos: Optimizing Patient Education on Kidney Stone Prevention
Status: Recruiting
How do you learn best, by watching or reading? With the rise of short videos on apps like TikTok, we’re studying how people prefer to learn about health. Participants at the Minnesota State Fair Research Building will learn about kidney stones either through a quick video or a simple pamphlet, like one you might get at a doctor’s office. Then, they’ll take a brief quiz and share their preferences. This study helps us understand the best ways to share health information, so patients feel more confident and empowered in their care.
