A single visit study with muscle and/or skin biopsy / blood draw, performed to determine whether a molecular or cellular defect can be attributed to cells of Fascioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD) muscle. This study is recruiting both individuals with genetically confirmed FSHD as well as unaffected healthy (control) individuals.
• Genetic confirmation of Fascioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD)
• at least 4 years old
• Healthy Family Members: parent or sibling of someone who has FSHD
• heart failure, respiratory insufficiency that requires respiratory support
• taking anticoagulants or anti platelet medications (aspirin or NSAIDs)
DegenPRO: A multicenter prospective registry for the management of degenerative spine disorders
This registry will be used to gather specific information about patients diagnosed with a degenerative spine disorder. Patient registries are observational studies that focus on understanding how the treatments, tests, and services, that are used in routine clinical care and by specialists, affect patient health outcomes. A registry that is appropriately designed, conducted, and analyzed will provide unique scientific information about the effectiveness, safety, and quality of the health-care service or intervention that is being studied.
• diagnosed with a degenerative spine disorder and receiving treatment
Corrona Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Registry
This is a prospective, non-interventional, research study for patients with IBD under the care of a certified gastroenterologist. The primary objective for this registry is to prospectively study the natural history of IBD, the prevalence and incidence of comorbidities, targeted adverse events, and more, via questionnaires.

A first-in-human, Phase 1/2, open-label, multi-center, dose-escalation, dose-optimization, and dose-expansion study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and anti-tumor activity of PARP1 selective inhibitor, IMP1734, as monotherapy and in combination in participants with advanced solid tumors
This study tests IMP1734, a PARP1-selective inhibitor, in patients with breast, ovarian, or metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) with specific HRR gene mutations. The study includes dose escalation to identify the maximum tolerated or achievable dose (MTD/MAD), dose optimization to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of select doses, and dose expansion to test the recommended dose for monotherapy. IMP1734 is taken as daily oral tablets, and the trial lasts up to three years from the first treatment of the last participant.

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects of talquetamab in combination with teclistamab (Tal-Tec), the effects of talquetamab in combination with pomalidomide (Tal-P), and the effects of either the combination of elotuzumab, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone (EPd) or pomalidomide, bortezomib, and dexamethasone (PVd) in treating patients with multiple myeloma, who have not responded to previous treatment.

Intraperitoneal FT536 in Recurrent Ovarian, Fallopian Tube, and Primary Peritoneal Cancer
FT536 is a type of cell product made up of “natural killer” or NK cells. NK cells are a type of immune blood cell that are known to attack cancer cells. FT536 is produced by growing cells that come from a healthy human donor. The primary purpose of this study is to identify a safe dose of FT536 cells when given alone (monotherapy).
• epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has recurred after treatment (no limit to the maximum number of prior treatments)
• must have received prior bevacizumab
• if there is a BRCA mutation, must have received a prior PARP inhibitor

The purpose of this study is to understand how relighting cigarettes affects the level of toxicants inhaled during smoking, compared to smoking non-relit cigarettes.

• engaging in relighting behavior – extinguishing, saving, and later relighting unfinished cigarette butts
• no attempts to quit smoking in the past month nor intentions to quit in the next month

The women with inflammatory Bowel Disease and Motherhood: A Prospective Registry
This is a prospective questionnaire study that will examine the impact of IBD and its surgical treatments on fertility in women with IBD of reproductive age (18-45). Women with IBD who are attempting to get pregnant within the next year will answer questionnaires about their general, surgical and reproductive health, conception history and sexual partner information. This will help identify risk factors predictive of fertility outcomes and early fetal loss, determine time to conception, and assess efficacy of fertility services including in vitro fertilization.
• age 18-45 years
• diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
• not currently pregnant or trying to get pregnant
• desire to become pregnant within the next 12 months (may become pregnant while in the study)

Investigating the Effects of VNS on Central Autonomic Network and Interoception
This study is being done to find out if vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) affects how different parts of the brain interact with each other and process information. Participants must be in the REVEAL study and have a new VNS device implanted for treatment of depression. The study will last for about 19 weeks after the VNS is implanted.
• enrolled in a health insurance plan that will cover the costs associated with standard health care services and injuries
• diagnosis of chronic (at least 2 years) or 4 or more recurrent depressive episodes
• VNS therapy recommended for treatment
• has not had an adequate response to four or more adequate antidepressant treatments

A placebo-controlled, randomized clinical trial to assess the safety, feasibility, and pharmacokinetics of Microbiota transplant therapy with antibiotic preconditioning and fiber supplementation in patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension
There is evidence that the gut microbes interact with the body’s immune system, and people with pulmonary hypertension may have altered composition of gut microbes. We are studying whether transplanting gut microbes from healthy donors using a treatment called microbiota transplant therapy may have beneficial effects on pulmonary arterial hypertension.

AHOD2131, A Randomized Phase 3 Interim Response Adapted Trial Comparing Standard Therapy with Immuno-oncology Therapy for Children and Adults with Newly Diagnosed Stage I and II Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma
This phase III trial studies brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy to see how well they work compared to combination chemotherapy alone in treating children and young adults with stage IIB with bulk, stage IIIB, IVA, or IVB Hodgkin lymphoma. Combinations of biological substances in brentuximab vedotin may be able to carry cancer-killing substances directly to Hodgkin lymphoma cells. Chemotherapy drugs, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, bleomycin sulfate, vincristine sulfate, etoposide, prednisone, and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known if combination chemotherapy is more effective with or without brentuximab vedotin in treating children with high-risk Hodgkin lymphoma.

Pilot study_Jaw Muscle Metabolic and Brain-Derived Phenotypes of Chronic TMD Pain
The goal of this study is to learn more about a new way of gathering information about a person’s jaw muscle pain – taking scans of the jaw muscles while a person bites down on a special device. It is hoped that the information learned in this study will help the study team to design a bigger study on this new way of learning about jaw muscle pain, which may lead to better, more individualized treatments for jaw muscle pain for future patients.

Fully Automated Motion-corrected MR Spectroscopy in Human Brain and Spinal Cord
The goal of this proposal is to develop fully automated, high performance, motion-corrected MRS sequences for the brain and spinal cord, that are also easy to share (no additional external hardware needed) with other institutions and easy to use.
• Participants who cannot have an MRI, as determined by the CMRR safety screening form (e.g. metal implant)

The purpose of this investigation is to identify the potentially crucial role of anticipatory reward mechanisms maintaining bulimic behavior (i.e., binge eating and purging) in bulimia nervosa (BN).

• at least one bulimic episode and one self-induced vomiting episode per week for at least three months
• stable dose (for at least 6 weeks) in medication that affects mood, appetite, or weight

• current medical or psychiatric illness instability (e.g. hospitalization in past 3 months

COG AGCT1531 - A Phase 3 Study of Active Surveillance for Low Risk and a Randomized Trial of Carboplatin vs. Cisplatin for Standard Risk Pediatric and Adult Patients with Germ Cell Tumors
This partially randomized phase III trial studies how well active surveillance, bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, or cisplatin work in treating pediatric and adult patients with germ cell tumors. Active surveillance may help doctors to monitor subjects with low risk germ cell tumors after their tumor is removed. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bleomycin, carboplatin, etoposide, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.
• newly diagnosed with a Stage I germ cell tumor or metastatic germ cell tumor

A Randomized Double Blind Phase II Trial of Restorative Microbiota Therapy (RMT) or Placebo in Combination with Durvalumab (MEDI4736) and Tremelimumab With Chemotherapy in Treatment Naïve Advanced or Metastatic Adenocarcinoma Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
The investigational therapy in this study is referred to as Restorative Microbiota Therapy (RMT). It is prepared by extracting healthy bacteria from the stool of healthy human donors and making it into capsules taken by mouth. The donor stool samples are rigorously tested for harmful bacteria and viruses before processing. There is scientific evidence to suggest that RMT might make immunotherapy more effective. The primary goal of the study is to test if RMT makes durvalumab + tremelimumab treatment with chemotherapy more effective to control lung cancer.
• confirmed adenocarcinoma of the lung that is stage IIIB/C or stage IV that can't be surgically removed
• prior chemotherapy or immunotherapy as adjuvant therapy for lung cancer is permitted as long as it has been more than 6 months from last dose
• people who have treated brain metastasis are eligible as long as they have stable symptoms, are more than 2 weeks from completion of therapy, and do not require more than 10mg of daily prednisone or equivalent
• restricted in strenuous physical activity but can walk and carry out work of a light or sedentary nature, e.g., light house work, office work
• weigh at least 30 kg (66 lbs.)

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study of darolutamide plus androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) compared with placebo plus ADT in patients with high-risk biochemical recurrence (BCR) of prostate cancer (ARASTEP)
ADT is a systemic therapy called hormone therapy which reduces the androgen hormone (testosterone) levels to prevent prostate cancer cells from growing. This study is being done to learn more about a new drug called darolutamide given in combination with ADT for prostate cancer.

Addition of a pectoserratus block to interscalene block in patients undergoing total shoulder replacement.
This research is being done to determine if pectoserratus block with bupivacaine will provide improvement in pain control and decrease opioid use, relative to pectoserratus block with a saline solution, among patients undergoing total shoulder arthroplasty.

MT2023-30: A Phase 1 Study of FT825/ONO-8250, an Off-the-Shelf CAR T-Cell Therapy, With or Without Monoclonal Antibodies, in HER2-Positive or Other Advanced Solid Tumors
The purpose of this study is to test the safety of FT825 at different doses and to understand the way the body processes and responds to FT825. The study will also find out what effects FT825, when given with or without a monoclonal antibody (cetuximab) and different chemotherapy regimens, have on cancer. FT825 is a type of cell product made up of “T cells.” T cells are part of your immune system and are important in helping fight infections. T cells are also important in eliminating cancer cells.

A Phase 1B and randomized phase 2 trial of megestrol acetate with or without ipatasertib in recurrent or metastatic endometrioid endometrial cancer
The study is divided into two portions. In the first phase, we want to test the safety of a drug called ipatasertib, by testing different doses of the drug to see which dose is safer for people when given in combination with a fixed dose of a drug called megestrol acetate (MA). In Phase II, we are studying how safe the treatment is and how well it works. We are doing this study because we want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for endometrial cancer.

National Liver Cancer Screening Trial (TRACER)
Finding liver cancer early is important to increase chances of getting treatment and decreasing risk of dying from cancer. The purpose of this research is to compare the effectiveness of two liver cancer screening methods to detect liver cancer at an early stage. Participants will be randomly (by chance) placed in one of two study groups – one group will undergo ultrasound imaging of the liver with or without a blood test to measure a specific protein, whereas the second group will undergo a blood test for liver cancer screening called a GALAD score. The GALAD score combines three blood tests to screen for liver cancer. We do not currently know if GALAD would help detect liver cancer earlier than standard screening.

• diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver of any cause, or Hepatitis B
• physician has determined patient is eligible for for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) screening
• history of liver cancer or clinical symptoms of liver cancer
• presence of another active cancer besides skin cancer

• active listing for liver transplant
• history of alcohol related liver inflammation within 3 months

To determine the safety and maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of VCAR33 in patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia (R/R AML) after allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (alloHCT)
• at least 18 years old
• relapsed following hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT)
• unable to do strenuous activity but able to walk and able to carry out work of a light or sedentary nature, such as light house work, office work
• Original alloHCT donor is available and willing to undergo apheresis

MT2016-11 :Autologous Stem Cell Transplant In Patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL) and Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas (NHL)
The treatment (chemotherapy and transplant procedures) is considered standard clinical care that are usually given to the patients with this disease. The research aspect of this study is to collect data on the patients who are being treated on this plan. Patients will be followed throughout the course of their clinical care and for three years after their transplant.
• up to 75 years of age
• diagnosis of Hodgkin Lymphoma, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, Mature B cell Lymphoma, or Mature T cell Lymphoma
• at least 4 weeks from previous chemotherapy; 6 weeks from nitrosoureas
• women of child bearing potential and sexually active males with partners of child bearing potential must agree to use adequate birth control for the duration of treatment

A Randomized, Open-label, Phase 3 Study of Adjuvant Sacituzumab Govitecan and Pembrolizumab Versus Treatment of Physician s Choice in Patients With Triple Negative Breast Cancer Who Have Residual Invasive Disease After Surgery and Neoadjuvant Therapy (ASCENT-05)
The purpose of this study is to see if sacituzumab govitecan in combination with pembrolizumab can improve outcomes and delay the return of disease in participants with high-risk early Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) when compared to pembrolizumab alone or pembrolizumab in combination with capecitabine. Participants with low tumor expression of the estrogen and/or progesterone receptors (1 to 10%) will also be included in this study. The study treatment will be chosen by chance—like flipping a coin. There is a 1 out of 2 chances to receive Sacituzumab govitecan in combination with Pembrolizumab and 1 out of 2 chances to receive a study treatment of study doctor’s choice of either pembrolizumab alone or pembrolizumab in combination with capecitabine. Participants and their study doctor will know what study drug is being taken.
• invasive triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) still remains in the breast or lymph nodes after therapy and surgery
• unable to do physically strenuous activity but able to walk and carry out work of a light or sedentary nature, e.g., light house work, office work

• Stage IV (metastatic) breast cancer or previous cancer in the same or other breast
• evidence that the cancer has reoccurred after preoperative therapy and surgery
• presence of germline breast cancer gene (BRCA) mutations
NRG-GY026: A Phase II/III Study of Paclitaxel/Carboplatin Alone or Combined with either Trastuzumab and Hyaluronidase-Oysk (Herceptin Hylecta) or Pertuzumab, Trastuzumab, and Hyaluronidase-Zzxf (Phesgo) in HER2 Positive, Stage I-IV Endometrial Serous Carcinoma or Carcinosarcoma
We are doing this study to see if we can lower the chance of endometrial cancer coming back and causing death by adding a drug or drugs that target HER2 proteins in addition to the usual combination of chemotherapy drugs. We want to find out if this approach is better or worse than the usual approach for your endometrial cancer. The usual approach is defined as care most people get for endometrial cancer, which in this case would be chemotherapy.
• HER2 positive endometrial cancer
• Stage I, II, II or IV endometrial serous or carcinosarcoma
• have not had chemotherapy for treatment of this cancer
• pelvic radiation therapy used to treat the tumor
• history of serious heart or lung disease
• plan for hysterectomy after chemotherapy
DOUBLE-BLIND, PLACEBO-CONTROLLED, PHASE 3 STUDY TO EVALUATE THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF PLOZASIRAN IN ADULTS WITH SEVERE HYPERTRIGLYCERIDEMIA (SHASTA-3 STUDY) (SHASTA-3)
The purpose of this clinical research study is to look at how safe and effective the study drug, plozasiran, is at lowering triglycerides in people with severe hypertriglyceridemia. Hypertriglyceridemia is a condition where there is too much of a certain kind of fat (called triglycerides) in the blood. In people with severe hypertriglyceridemia, the level of triglycerides is more than 3 times higher than the normal, healthy level. The purpose of this study is to learn how effective the study drug is when given to people with very high triglycerides.
• diagnosis of severe hypertriglyceridemia (SHTG) with fasting TG levels of ≥ 500 mg/dL
• fasting low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) ≤130 mg/dL
• willing to follow diet counseling and maintain a stable low-fat diet
• on standard of care lipid-lowering medications (exception if medications aren't tolerated)

• Body mass index (BMI) >45kg/m^2
• used any hepatocyte-targeted small interfering ribonucleic acid (siRNA) that targets lipids and/or triglycerides within the past year
• diagnosis of familial chylomicronemia syndrome (FCS) (type 1 Hyperlipoproteinemia)
