Modifying Progesterone and Estradiol Levels to Prevent Postpartum Cigarette Smoking Relapse and Reduce Secondhand Smoke Exposure in Infants and Children

We will enroll healthy pregnant women (following enrollment, all subsequent study procedures will be completed postpartum) or postpartum women on hormonal birth control or no hormonal birth control with either a recent history of smoking and a desire to remain abstinent after childbirth, or who are currently smoking and motivated to quit smoking. Participants will be recruited throughout the continental United States (US). Participants living in Minnesota (our clinical site) will receive a 12-week course of exogenous progesterone. Participants will be followed for six months with remote visits, self-administered surveys, and self-collection of dried blood spots to measure hormones and smoking-related biomarkers.

A Phase 3 Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled, Study to Investigate the Safety and Efficacy of Oral Brepocitinib in Adults with Cutaneous or Oral Lichen Planus or Lichen Planopilaris (ALPINE)

The purpose of this study is to learn more about the use of an investigational medicine, called brepocitinib, for the treatment of lichen planopilaris (LPP). Brepocitinib (the “study drug”) is designed to decrease inflammation. The study will look at how safe and effective brepocitinib is and will monitor long-term safety when it is taken for up to 52 weeks. The study drug will be compared to a placebo which is a tablet that looks exactly like the study drug but does not contain any active ingredient.

IMPACT: A Clinical Investigation on IMproving Peripheral Neuropathy Induced by Anti-Cancer Drugs with Advanced Compression Technology; A Safety and Efficacy Study (IMPACT)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of investigational devices (the Lilac Glove and Lilac Boot devices) for the temporary reduction of moderate to severe symptoms of peripheral neuropathy caused by chemotherapy during the treatment of cancer. The Lilac Glove and Lilac Boot devices are designed to keep chemotherapy medication from damaging nerves. The study involves wearing the Lilac Glove and Boot devices on both hands and feet at each treatment session. Participants will be randomly assigned (like the flip of a coin) into one of two treatment groups; the “intervention group” (which means you receive treatment with the therapeutic Lilac devices) or the “control group” (which means you will receive treatment with the sham devices).

The effects of vagus nerve stimulation on intrinsic lower leg spinal motoneuron excitability in Parkinson's disease

This study is designed to better understand the mechanisms contributing to impaired activation of leg muscles in people with Parkinson’s disease (PD) and test if stimulation of a nerve at the neck (vagus nerve) can improve muscle activation, walking and balance. People can participate in one of two experiments, or both. Both experiments will test the muscle activation patterns in the lower leg when producing low levels of force. We will also assess walking and balance. Experiment 2 will test muscle activation patterns, walking and balance before and after vagus nerve stimulation. We are also asking people who don’t have PD and are 21 to 76 years old and match in age and sex to participants to undergo the same study procedures.

MT2025-24: A Phase 1, Open-Label Study of FT836, an Off-the-Shelf CAR T-Cell Therapy, With or Without Chemotherapy and/or Monoclonal Antibodies, in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

This study is for people who have been diagnosed with advanced cancer that has not has not responded to standard treatment. FT836 is a type of cell product made up of “T cells” which are part of the immune system and are important in helping fight infections. T cells are also important in eliminating cancer cells. We want to test the safety of FT836 at different doses, to understand how the body processes and responds to FT836, and to find out what effects FT836 may have on participants and the cancer. The study will also find out what effects FT836, when given alone and with or without chemotherapy treatment (paclitaxel) and/or a monoclonal antibody (cetuximab or trastuzumab.

Pancreatic Enzyme Replacement Therapy for Acute Pancreatitis - Associated Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency: the PERT-AP Trial (PERT-AP)

The purpose of this study is to learn whether CREON, a pancreatic enzyme replacement treatment, can improve symptoms in adults who develop exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) after acute pancreatitis. What we learn may help improve treatment for people who develop EPI after acute pancreatitis.

HM2023-43: A phase 2 trial of tafasitamab in combination with lenalidomide+rituximab in treatment-naive follicular lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma

This study is to see if patients who get tafasitamab in addition to the standard regimen of lenalidomide and rituximab when they are just starting treatment are more likely to stay in remission after treatment than those who do not. We expect that participants will be in this research study for approximately 3 years total. Patients will be on active treatment for approximately 1 year.

MT2021-24: A Phase I Open Label Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of ISP-001 in Adult Patients with Mucopolysaccharidosis Type I Hurler-Scheie and Scheie

The purpose of the study is to determine the safety and effectiveness of a new procedure to treat Mucopolysaccharidosis Type I Hurler-Scheie and Scheie (MPS I). This procedure involves collecting some white blood cells (termed “B cells”) and growing them outside of the body in a laboratory. While the cells are in the lab, the B cells will be changed to produce more of the IDUA that is missing. This process is called “genetic modification.” The newly modified B cells are then infused back into the participant.

A Pilot Study of Treatment of Bone Metastases in Spine: Radio Frequency Ablation/ Bone Augmentation plus Radiotherapy Vs. Radiotherapy

This clinical study is for adults whose cancer has spread to the bones of the middle or lower back (spine). Doctors are comparing two common treatments: (1) a needle procedure to treat the tumor and strengthen the bone, followed by radiation, and (2) radiation therapy alone. The goal is to see which option better relieves pain, protects the spine, and improves quality of life. The treatment you receive will be chosen at random (by chance), meaning you will be placed into a study group by chance.

MT2023-30: A Phase 1 Study of FT825/ONO-8250, an Off-the-Shelf CAR T-Cell Therapy, With or Without Monoclonal Antibodies, in HER2-Positive or Other Advanced Solid Tumors

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of FT825 at different doses and to understand the way the body processes and responds to FT825. The study will also find out what effects FT825, when given with or without a monoclonal antibody (cetuximab) and different chemotherapy regimens, have on cancer. FT825 is a type of cell product made up of “T cells.” T cells are part of your immune system and are important in helping fight infections. T cells are also important in eliminating cancer cells.
