A Phase 1 Study of JNJ-87189401 (PSMA-CD28 Bispecific Antibody) Combined with JNJ-78278343 (KLK2-CD3 Bispecific Antibody) for Advanced Prostate Cancer
The purpose of this study is to assess whether JNJ-87189401 given in combination with pasritamig (JNJ-78278343) to men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (also known as mCRPC) can cause side effects, and to find doses for the two drugs when given in combination. Side effects are unexpected or unwanted reactions from receiving the study drugs. Additionally, the study will look at how long JNJ-87189401 and pasritamig stay in the body, how they act on the body, and how the body responds to them.
• confirmed adenocarcinoma of the prostate. Adenocarcinoma with small cell or neuroendocrine (NE) features is permitted
• Prior orchiectomy or medical castration; participants who have not undergone orchiectomy, must be receiving ongoing androgen deprivation therapy with a gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) analog (agonist or antagonist)
• fully active, able to carry on all pre-disease performance without restriction or unable to do strenuous activity but walking and able to carry out work of a light or sedentary nature, e.g., light house work, office work

A Randomized Open-label Phase 2 Study of TALazoparib with or without ENzaluTamide in Patients with Metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer and HRR Mutations After Progression on Abiraterone Acetate or Darolutamide (TALENT) (TALENT)
The purpose of this study is to find out whether a study drug called talazoparib, given alone or in combination with enzalutamide, can help slow down or delay the growth of prostate cancer in people whose cancer has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. This study includes people whose cancer has specific genetic changes and who have previously been treated with another prostate cancer medicine called abiraterone acetate.

• cancer has progressed despite prior hormone-based treatment and shows ongoing disease activity

National Liver Cancer Screening Trial (TRACER)
Finding liver cancer early is important to increase chances of getting treatment and decreasing risk of dying from cancer. The purpose of this research is to compare the effectiveness of two liver cancer screening methods to detect liver cancer at an early stage. Participants will be randomly (by chance) placed in one of two study groups – one group will undergo ultrasound imaging of the liver with or without a blood test to measure a specific protein, whereas the second group will undergo a blood test for liver cancer screening called a GALAD score. The GALAD score combines three blood tests to screen for liver cancer. We do not currently know if GALAD would help detect liver cancer earlier than standard screening.
• 18 to 85 years old
• diagnosis of cirrhosis of the liver of any cause, or Hepatitis B
• physician has determined patient is eligible for for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) screening
• history of liver cancer or clinical symptoms of liver cancer
• presence of another active cancer besides skin cancer
• history of organ transplant
• active listing for liver transplant
• history of alcohol related liver inflammation within 3 months
• known pregnancy at the time of consent
• active warfarin use
A Phase 1, First-in-Human, Dose Escalation and Expansion Study to Evaluate the Safety and Tolerability of XmAb541 in Advanced Solid Tumors
This study is testing an investigational drug called XmAb541 for people with advanced solid tumors that test positive for a protein called CLDN6. XmAb541 is a type of immunotherapy designed to help the body's immune system recognize and attack cancer cells. The first part of the study will test different doses of XmAb541 to determine a safe and appropriate dose for future research. Once a recommended dose is identified, additional participants will receive that dose in the second part of the study. Researchers will evaluate the safety of XmAb541, how the body responds to the treatment, and whether it shows signs of helping to control or shrink cancer.

A PHASE 3, MULTICENTER, RANDOMIZED, OPEN-LABEL, STUDY EVALUATING THE EFFICACY AND SAFETY OF NANVURANLAT IN PATIENTS WITH PREVIOUSLY TREATED ADVANCED BILIARY TRACT CANCER (Beacon-BTC)
This study is for people with advanced biliary tract cancer (cancer of the bile ducts or gallbladder) that cannot be removed with surgery or has spread to other parts of the body. Participants must have previously received one standard chemotherapy treatment for advanced disease. Researchers are studying an investigational medication called nanvuranlat to see if it is safe and effective for treating advanced biliary tract cancer. The study will compare nanvuranlat with standard treatment to learn how well it works, monitor its safety, and better understand how it affects the body and the cancer.
• diagnosed with advanced or metastatic biliary tract cancer (including intrahepatic, extrahepatic, or gallbladder cancer) that cannot be removed with surgery

Phase I Study of Peptide Alarm Therapy (PAT) Administered by Intratumoral Injection with a PD-1/PD-L1 Inhibitor in Patients with Solid Tumor Cancers Who Have Failed Two Prior Therapies
This study is testing an “investigational” drug referred to as peptide alarm therapy (PAT) that was specially made for this study. PAT is using the peptide to stimulate the immune system for people who have failed prior treatment with a PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor. Examples of PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors are pembrolizumab (Keytruda), nivolumab (Opdivo), cemiplimab (Libtayo), atezolizumab (Tecentriq), avelumab (Bavencio), and durvalumab (Imfinzi). The goal of the 1st part of the study is to identify an acceptable, safe dose of PAT and up to 3 dose levels of PAT will be tested. If dose level 3 is reached without toxicity, it becomes the dose used for the next part of the study. In the 2nd part of the study, additional patients are treated at the PAT dose identified as safe in the 1st part to gain additional safety information and provide an initial estimate of anti-cancer effect.

MT2023-42: A Phase 1 Study of FT819 in B-Cell Mediated Autoimmune Diseases
This study will test the safety of FT819, an experimental cell product, in people with severe active systemic lupus erythematosus. The purpose of this study is to understand the way someone's body processes and responds to FT819, and to find out what effects FT819 may have on a person and their systemic lupus erythematosus.

MT2023-29: Long-term Follow-up of Subjects With Sickle Cell Disease Treated With ExVivo Gene Therapy Using Autologous Hematopoietic Stem Cells Transduced With a Lentiviral Vector
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the long-term safety and ability of a transplant with gene modified stem cells (autologous stem cell transplant) to treat sickle cell disease. Participants must have received investigational gene therapy with bb1111 in a clinical study sponsored by bluebird bio. There is no additional treatment associated with this study as this is a long-term follow-up study.

REMIND: An Investigator Initiated Study Testing the Feasibility of Maintenance Radiotherapy for Patients with Newly Diagnosed Glioblastoma
This study is testing whether a single additional treatment of radiation therapy, called maintenance radiotherapy, is safe and feasible for adults who have recently been diagnosed with glioblastoma (GBM). Participants will first receive their usual treatment for GBM, including surgery, radiation therapy, and the chemotherapy drug temozolomide. About one month after completing standard radiation therapy, participants will receive one additional treatment of radiation therapy. The study will also look at changes in certain immune cells before and after the additional radiation treatment. Participants will continue their usual follow-up care every 2 to 4 months for up to 5 years after the additional treatment.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate a new study drug, JNJ-79635322, in adults with multiple myeloma that has returned after treatment or has not responded to previous treatment. Participants must have received 1 to 3 prior lines of therapy, including lenalidomide and an anti-CD38 antibody. Researchers want to learn how safe the study drug is and how well it works compared with the current standard treatment for multiple myeloma.
• diagnosed with multiple myeloma
• have multiple myeloma that has come back or has not responded to treatment
• have received at least 3 prior lines of treatment, including a proteasome inhibitor, an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD), and an anti-CD38 antibody

MT2024-43: A Phase 1 Study to Evaluate the Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, and Activity of Single Ascending Doses of SBT777101 in Subjects with Rheumatoid Arthritis (Regulate-RA)
The study evaluates the safety and effects of a novel regulatory CARTreg cell-based autoimmune and inflammatory disease therapy for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. The therapy is an autologous (using the patient's own cells) Treg cell therapy that targets proteins in the inflamed, disease-associated tissue, with the aim to dampen inflammation and restore balance to the immune system.

The goal of this study is to evaluate the combination of cabozantinib and nivolumab in people with advanced melanoma or squamous cell head and neck cancer. Researchers want to learn whether these drugs can help shrink or stabilize cancer and whether certain tumor biomarkers may help predict how well patients respond to treatment.

Complementary Options for Symptom Management In Cancer (COSMIC): Assessing Benefits and Harms of Cannabis and Cannabinoid Use Among a Cohort of Cancer Patients Treated in Community Oncology Clinics (COSMIC)
The objective of this study is to examine the association between cannabis and/or cannabinoid use and cancer-related symptoms assessed monthly for one year in adults newly diagnosed with breast, colorectal, melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or non-small cell lung cancer who are planning or recently started to receive one or more systemic cancer directed therapies with chemotherapy and/or immune check point inhibitors (ICIs) targeting PD-1, PD-L1 or CTLA-4. Participants complete surveys and have their medical records reviewed on study.
