Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to Augment Exposure and Response Prevention for Pediatric OCD

We are doing this study to see if we can improve the standard treatment for OCD, Exposure with Response Prevention, by pairing it with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation to the parts of the brain that cause OCD symptoms.
Sex: Male or Female
Age Group: Not specified
Inclusion Criteria:
• 12 to 21 years old
• right-handed
• currently have OCD symptoms
Exclusion Criteria:
• inability to have a MRI
• left-handed
• study staff will review additional exclusion criteria
Interventions:
Behavioral: Exposure with Response Prevention, Device: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation: Sham, Device: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation: continuous theta burst to pre supplementary motor area, Device: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation: intermittent theta burst to dorsolateral prefrontal cortex
