MT2025-40: A Retrospective Study to Characterize the Natural History of Cerebral X-linked Adrenoleukodystrophy in Affected Participants

The purpose of this study is to better understand how cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (cALD) changes over time, including changes seen on brain MRI scans. By studying MRI data from people with cALD, we hope to enhance our knowledge of how the disease progresses.

I'm interested

Sex: Male
This study is NOT accepting healthy volunteers
Inclusion Criteria:

• male ages 2 or older
• confirmed cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (cALD)
• have had at least two brain MRI scans
Exclusion Criteria:

• had a brain lesion that showed enhancement with gadolinium contrast on their first MRI
