MT2021-30: Severe Combined Immune Deficiency: Prospective and Longitudinal Study of Genotypes, Management and Outcomes

This study follows people with severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) over time. We want to learn how people do before and after treatment, including potential factors that may affect their long-term health. By taking part, participants may be able to help us better understand SCID and the effects of treatment.

This study is NOT accepting healthy volunteers
Inclusion Criteria:

• have suspected or confirmed severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID)
• some participants with confirmed SCID may have already received treatment for the condition
Exclusion Criteria:

• have another primary immune deficiency that does not meet the study's SCID criteria
• have an immune deficiency caused by another condition, including HIV infection
