EXPANDED ACCESS PROGRAM TO TREAT PATIENTS WITH PREVIOUSLY TREATED METASTATIC PANCREATIC ADENOCARCINOMA WITH DARAXONRASIB

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the investigational medication daraxonrasib in people with metastatic pancreatic cancer whose disease has progressed after previous treatment, who have no satisfactory treatment options, and who are unable to participate in a daraxonrasib clinical trial.

Sex: Male or Female
Age Group: 18 years and over
This study is NOT accepting healthy volunteers
Inclusion Criteria:

• 18 years of age or older able to take oral medication
• diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has grown or spread after previous treatment
• received at least one prior treatment for metastatic pancreatic cancer

Exclusion Criteria:

• pancreatic cancer that has spread to the brain or central nervous system
• currently receiving another cancer treatment
• significant heart disease or an active, uncontrolled infection
• major surgery within the past 28 days
