The purpose of this study is to help investigators learn more about what are the best methods for diagnosing and monitoring lung problems.

Inclusion Criteria:
• age 0 to 24
• physician thinks patient might benefit from early and more frequent pulmonary function monitoring
• at risk for developing lung disease
Exclusion Criteria:
• unlikely to complete required study components
Cancer, Respiratory System
child cancer, lungs, oxygen level, asthma, BPD, Cystic Fibrosis, interstitial lung disease
