This is a study that will collect cardiovascular health information from people at the MN State Fair.

I'm interested

Sex: Male or Female

Age Group: 18 years and over

This study is also accepting healthy volunteers

Inclusion Criteria:

• this study is available only at the Minnesota State Fair
• at least 18 years old
• live in Minnesota
• have an active email address

Exclusion Criteria:

• unable to speak and read English
